The signature Bedtime Bourbon cocktail

Bedtime Story cocktail with Bedtime Bourbon
Curl up with a good book and tell everyone you’re in for the evening. The relaxing aromas of Bedtime and chamomile soothe your senses in our signature cocktail.

Collect these ingredients

• 2 fluid ounces (6 cl) of Bedtime® Bourbon straight bourbon whiskey
• 1.5 teaspoons (7 ml) of Chamomile Syrup (recipe below)
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 3 Luxardo Maraschino cherries
• Chamomile flowers (optional)

• 1 cup (240 ml) sugar
• 1 cup (240 ml) water
• 6 chamomile tea bags

Put it all together

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.

Add 2 fluid ounces of Bedtime® Bourbon, chamomile syrup and Angostura bitters.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with 3 Luxardo maraschino cherries and chamomile flowers.

Down the hatch.


Make the chamomile syrup

Bring water to boil in a small pot over high heat.

Once water is boiling, add sugar and stir to dissolve.

Once sugar has dissolved, cook syrup for 1 minute then remove from heat.

Add the chamomile tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.

Discard the tea bags and let syrup cool to room temperature.

(Syrup will keep for 30 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.)
