Batch 5 of Bedtime Bourbon is a very limited run of just 1,603 bottles from 6 barrels.
It’s a rich, 4-year-old, 90-proof, straight bourbon whiskey that was distilled and aged in Kentucky, and bottled in Bardstown on June 16, 2022.
Each batch of Bedtime is unique and may vary in mash bill, age and source – see more details here about our batches and processes – but we always employ the same methods from barrel to bottle.
That is, we filter as little as possible. We simply catch any loose char but preserve every other bit of character and flavor that comes out of the barrel. We suspect you’ll love the result of this approach as much as we do.
Bedtime Bourbon is available only in Kentucky and here’s a list of more than 70 shops, restaurants and bars that have ordered Batch 5.
