Batches of Bedtime Bourbon are limited runs that employ the bare minimum in filtering. We simply catch any loose char but preserve every other bit of character and flavor that comes out of the barrels.
Each batch of Bedtime is unique and may vary in mash bill, age and source, but they’re always reliably warming and full of flavor. They are all personally selected by the company’s founders who also hand number each bottle.
If you like one of them, then you’ll probably like everything we do. And if that’s the case, grab a few bottles, because when they’re gone they’re gone.
All batches of Bedtime are straight bourbon whiskey, cut to proof with mineral-rich Kentucky spring water and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky
Bedtime is available only in Kentucky.
