Monnik Beer Co. is filling our recently emptied Batch No. 3 barrels with a new Scottish Wee Heavy Ale made with orange and ginger. The brew will age for several months, soaking in flavors from Bedtime Bourbon’s 8+ years in the barrels, and will be served this winter at their Germantown restaurant. It’s something to look forward to when the weather gets colder
