The MerryWeather in Louisville has added an original Bedtime Bourbon cocktail to their fall menu.
Their delicious tropical concoction, Bedtime for Gozno, is made with Bedtime Bourbon, passionfruit syrup, lime juice, grapefruit juice and Velvet Falernum liquer. We’ll have the recipe on our website soon, but you should really stop by and have the masters mix one up for you.
Of course, it is named after Louisville’s hometown gonzo journalist Hunter S Thompson (and sort of named after one of the top 20 movies starring a monkey and Ronald Reagan).
